Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the bottom antisplash guard. |
| 2. Uncover a radiator, unscrew a drain stopper and merge cooling liquid in suitable capacity. | |
3. Remove the top hose. | | 4. Unscrew nuts and uncover the thermostat. | | 5. Remove the thermostat. | |
Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Visually check a thermostat condition. |
| 2. On a thread suspend the thermostat in a transparent vessel with water. | | 3. Insert into water the thermometer, heat up a vessel with water and watch the thermostat valve. Define temperature of the beginning of opening and complete opening of the valve of the thermostat. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove alien materials from interfaced surfaces of a cover of the thermostat. | | 2. Establish the thermostat in a cylinder head so that the adjusting pin settled down from above. | | 3. Establish laying by a sealing covering towards a head of cylinders. |
| 4. Establish a cover of the thermostat and fix it nuts.
Inhaling moment: 19–26 N • m | | 5. Connect the top hose. |
Prevention Establish on a former place a collar of fastening of a hose.

| 6. Fill in in cooling system necessary amount of demanded cooling liquid. | | 7. Start up the engine and check absence of leaks from cooling system. |
