3. Greasing system
GENERAL INFORMATION

System of greasing of the FE DOHC engine

1–oil pump;
2–Perepuskny valve;
3–main channel of supply of oil;
4–sensor of pressure of oil; 		5–oil heat exchanger;
6–oil filter;
7–oil pan stopper;
8–oil spray.

The system of greasing consists of the oil pallet, the oil pump, the oil filter and various channels. The oil pump is put in action from a cranked shaft. Perepuskna the valve in the oil pump supports pressure in system of greasing of the engine at a certain level and at its excess the valve and a part of oil opens perepuskny flows down back in the oil pallet. In the filter there is perepuskny a valve through which in case of strong pollution of the filter crude oil arrives at once to the oil highway.

The oil cleared by the oil filter arrives to the trunk oil main. Further the stream of oil is divided into two streams. One stream of oil moves to radical bearings of a cranked shaft, and via the drilled channels greases also shatunny bearings. For cooling of pistons oil through sprays is sprayed on the lower part of pistons.

The second stream of oil on channels moves to a head of the block of cylinders for greasing of bearings of camshafts and in hydraulic pushers.

After passing through a head and the block of cylinders oil flows down in the oil pallet.
