Forward suspension bracket

1. The new changed design provides excellent running characteristics, comfort and magnificent controllability. It is reached by a way of change of geometrical parameters of a suspension bracket and parameters of rezinometallichesky plugs, use of stabilizers of bigger diameter and elimination of sources of vibration.
2. The forward suspension bracket of rack-mount type with modifed bottom levers of type A, twisted springs and maslonapolnenny shock-absorbers is applied.
3. The stabilizer with operating drafts with the spherical hinge provides the increased stability to a list with a low speed of a suspension bracket.
4. Use of shock-absorbers with very small speed of a course of a rod provides amortization on small speed.
5. For the purpose of controllability improvement on turns the forward suspension bracket has a negative corner of disorder of wheels.
6. The increased values of a negative corner of disorder and a corner of a longitudinal inclination шкворня allow to improve contact of tires to a paving.
7. The increased value of a corner of a longitudinal inclination шкворня improves controllability at movement on a straight line.
8. A traverse reduces a torsionny bend of a body and a suspension bracket.

Back suspension bracket

1. The design of a back suspension bracket includes the scheme of an arrangement of the drafts, providing stability at management and comfort when driving, and also shock-absorbers with possibility of absorption of blows on low speeds.
2. The suspension bracket with three drafts and the independent racks, including two cross-section draft, longitudinal draft, the stabilizer and on the shock-absorber on each party is applied.
3. The stabilizer with the drafts equipped with spherical hinges, provides the increased durability of the stabilizer at a list with a low speed of the piston.
4. Shock-absorbers improve amortization on low speed thanks to specially developed valves.
5. For the purpose of stability improvement at movement and conveniences of driving in elements of a suspension bracket are used rezinometallichesky plugs.


For fastening of a forward suspension bracket the cross-piece of volume type is used. It promotes increase of rigidity of a suspension bracket in the cross-section direction. Besides, thanks to possibility of optimization of placement of knots of fastening of the engine vibrations decrease.


Traverse fastens to a forward cross-piece and intends for prevention of a bend of a cross-piece and a body when braking and on turns.

1. Highly reliable telescopic shock-absorbers of bilateral action are applied.
2. Valves with low speed of a piston stroke provide excellent work at small speed of movement that considerably improves controllability.


1. Twisted springs are displaced that allows to reduce the lateral effort enclosed to a rod of the piston of the shock-absorber and to lower a sliding friction. It provides smoother operation of the shock-absorber and increases comfort of driving.
2. When the center of a rack is displaced under the influence of jet forces, the rod of the shock-absorber is exposed to bending effort. For minimizing of this phenomenon tension of the outer side of a twisted spring exceeds tension of inside.

Bottom lever and rezinometallichesky plug

1. In two points the bottom lever of type A of a new design is attached to a forward cross-piece. It fastens by means of the rubber plugs providing elasticity of a suspension bracket and increase of comfort and controllability at driving.
2. The forward hinge of the bottom lever has a dual elastic element and the internal metal plug. The hinge provides rigidity in the lateral direction and elasticity when moving forward and back, and also in the rotation direction. It extinguishes blows from roughnesses of the road.
3. The maslonapolnenny hinge is behind established. It promotes prevention of angular fluctuations on high speeds.

Draft of the stabilizer

Use of the spherical hinge on draft of the stabilizer increases stability at a car list.

Cross-section and longitudinal drafts

Cross-section drafts of different length are new development. When using long drafts change of height of the center of a list considerably decreased. Moving of the center of a list in the cross-section direction was also reduced. Coupling of tires and sensitivity to a car list as a result improved.

1. Thanks to increase in length of forward and back cross-section drafts change of height of the center of a list that led to increase of stability of a steering and coupling at movement on turns considerably decreased. And use of back draft, longer in comparison with a lobby, allowed to reduce convergence change at forward / reverse motion.
2. Thanks to moving of cross-section bent for of a back part of the axial line of the bridge the change of the convergence caused by horizontally directed force that increases stability of a steering decreases.

Adjustment of disorder of forward wheels and corner of a longitudinal inclination шкворня

Adjustment of disorder of forward wheels and corner of a longitudinal inclination шкворня can be carried out change of provision of a rubber element of the shock-absorber. In total disorder of forward wheels and a corner of a longitudinal inclination шкворня can be regulated within +30 °.

Adjustment of a positive convergence

The positive convergence is regulated by bolt turn with the kulachkovy head, established on cross-section draft. Such approach allows to increase convenience of service and to carry out exact adjustment. Turn of a regulating bolt with a kulachkovy head / a kulachkovy plate on one division changes a positive convergence approximately to 3,2 mm.
