6. Fuel system


1–regulator of pressure of fuel;
3–fuel filter (contour of a high pressure);

The fuel system consists of the following elements:

– electric fuel pump;
– fuel filters (2);
– топливопроводов;
– regulator of pressure of fuel;
– nozzles (4);
– relay of the fuel pump.

The electric fuel pump submits the filtered fuel under pressure on топливопроводам to each nozzle. For decrease to a noise minimum in operating time the fuel pump is established in a fuel tank.

Pressure of fuel is regulated by means of the valve of a special regulator. Tension on nozzles moves from the storage battery via the main relay.

Fuel is dosed out and injected through openings of sprays of nozzles according to the signals received from the control unit (RSM), thus the needle is taken away from a saddle and fuel is injected into the cylinder through an opening of a spray of a nozzle.

The amount of the fuel submitted to an inlet path of the engine, is defined by duration of the impulses developed by the control unit by the engine and submitted on nozzles.

Fuel pipelines and hoses provide fuel transfer from a fuel tank to the fuel highway and nozzles and return superfluous fuel in a tank. The fuel pipelines fixed on the bottom of the car, restriction of a stream of fuel is necessary to examine periodically on lack of dents and deformation, as at the expense of narrowing of their passes possibly.

Fuel pipelines and hoses also provide transfer паров fuels from a fuel tank to the canister with absorbent carbon where they gather at the switched-off engine. After engine and warming up start-up to working temperature the control unit the engine opens the electromagnetic valve, and pairs of fuel from the canister arrive in the engine and are burned.
