4.11. Relay of the fan of a radiator

 Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Remove the relay of the fan of a radiator from the block of safety locks and the relay in a motor compartment.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. An ohmmeter check resistance between relay contacts. Between contacts And and About conductivity should be absent, and between contacts of B and D there should be a conductivity.
2. Additional wires connect plugs of the storage battery to contacts In and D, thus contacts And and In should become isolated and resistance between them should be equal 0.
3. In the absence of conductivity between the corresponding contacts at check, replace the relay.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the relay of the fan of a radiator in the block of safety locks and the relay in a motor compartment.
2. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
