Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery. |
| 2. Remove a zabornik of fresh air. |
| 3. Merge cooling liquid in the suitable container. |
4. Remove a radiator in the following sequence:
– disconnect the electric socket from the radiator fan;
– disconnect the electric socket from the condenser fan (conditioner);
– disconnect hoses of an oil radiator (AKP);
– disconnect the top and bottom hoses of a radiator;
– remove a radiator arm;
– remove the fan of a radiator and the electric motor;
– remove a radiator fairing. |

Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check a radiator on lack of cracks, damages and leaks. |
| 2. Check on lack of pognuty plates of a radiator. If necessary, using a hairbrush, straighten platinum. |
| 3. Check a condition of entrance and target branch pipes of a radiator. |
|
Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal. |
Prevention
Establish a collar of fastening of a hose on the same place of a hose where it was before removal.
|
| 2. Fill in in cooling system necessary amount of demanded cooling liquid. |
| 3. Start up the engine and check absence of leaks from cooling system. |
