Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove the cylinder of switching off of coupling with the connected hydraulic tube. |
2. Remove a transmission. |
3. Remove a cover of a fork of switching off of coupling. |
4. Remove the bearing of switching off of coupling. |

5. Establish the special tool ОК590 111 001 for flywheel blocking from a provorachivaniye and an opravka ОК130 160 010 for a centering of a disk of coupling. |
6. Gradually on a diagonal weaken bolts of fastening of coupling assembled, turning each bolt on 1 turn until it will be terminated a diafragmenny spring, and bolts can be unscrewed manually. Remove a casing of coupling with a press disk and a coupling disk. |

7. If necessary, the special tool ОК401 111 012 take the central bearing. |
Prevention
It is desirable to remove a flywheel and to check a back sealing ring of a cranked shaft on absence of leaks. If necessary, replace a sealing ring.

8. By the indicator of hour type measure flywheel palpation. If palpation exceeds admissible value, replace a flywheel.
Palpation: 0,2 mm |

9. Establish the special tool ОК590 111 001 for flywheel blocking from a provorachivaniye, turn out six bolts and remove a flywheel. |

Check
Check of the central bearing

|
Finger of a hand turn the bearing with the appendix of the maximum effort in the axial direction. If the bearing is turned hardly, replace it. |

Flywheel check

1. Check a condition of a surface of a friction of a flywheel on lack of cracks, пригара and wear of a surface. It is necessary to remove traces of insignificant development or a podgoraniye with an emery paper. |
2. Check a condition of teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel on lack of wear and a vykashivaniye. If necessary, replace a gear wreath of a flywheel. |

Check of the bearing of switching off of coupling
Prevention
The bearing of switching off of coupling is tight and should not be washed out in solvent.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Check a condition of the bearing of switching off of coupling which should rotate easily, evenly and silently and in it should be absent люфт. The working surface of the bearing influencing a press spring, should be smooth, without cracks, local corrosion or development. |
2. It is possible to define the faulty bearing of switching off of coupling, without removing it from the car for what it is necessary to press at the working engine a coupling pedal. If by pressing of a pedal of coupling there is an additional noise, means, the bearing of switching off of coupling is faulty and it is necessary to replace it. |

1. Check press a disk on lack of cracks, пригара and wear of a surface. |

2. Check a diafragmenny spring in places of contact to the bearing of switching off of coupling on lack of wear and cracks. In the presence of defects replace a casing of coupling with a press disk. |

Check of a disk of coupling

1. Check a condition of frictional overlays of a disk of coupling and in the presence of oil traces on them or mechanical damages replace a coupling disk. |
2. Check reliability of zaklepochny connections of frictional slips to a coupling disk. In the presence of defects replace a coupling disk. |

3. Check a vystupaniye of frictional slips over heads of rivets. If a vystupaniye less admissible, replace a coupling disk. Vystupaniye: 0,3 mm

4. Establish a coupling disk on an opravka in the centers and by the indicator of hour type measure its palpation. If palpation is higher admissible, replace a coupling disk.

Installation

1. A hammer and a tubular opravka establish the central bearing. External diameter of the bearing – 35 mm. |
2. Clear a carving of bolts of fastening of a flywheel of the hermetic remains. Before a vvorachivaniye of bolts put on a carving of bolts fresh hermetic. |
3. Establish a flywheel and the special adaptation ОК590 111 001 block it from a provorachivaniye. |

4. In a certain sequence tighten bolts of fastening of a flywheel. Inhaling moment: 96–103 N • m
|
5. Clear shlitsa in a nave of a disk of coupling and put on them a thin layer of greasing on the basis of a molybdenum disulfide. |
Prevention
Put greasing on a shlitsa of a conducted disk of coupling and establish it on an engine flywheel. Then remove surpluses of greasing from a face surface of shliyets of a disk or from a leading shaft of a transmission.

6. Establish a disk of coupling and center it a special opravka ОК130 160 010. |
7. Establish a casing of coupling with a press disk on directing pins of a flywheel. |
|
8. Gradually, in diagonal sequence and in a certain order tighten bolts of fastening of a flywheel. Inhaling moment: 17,65–26,48 N • m
