 Height of installation of a pedal of coupling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Measure distance from the center of the top surface of an overlay of a pedal to a floor.

Height of installation of a pedal of coupling: 236–241 mm


Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Weaken a lock-nut With and, rotating a pusher of D, establish the demanded height of installation of a pedal of coupling.
2. After adjustment tighten the Page lock-nut.

Inhaling moment: 11,7–16,88 N • m

 

Free wheeling of a pedal of coupling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. A hand press a coupling pedal before emergence of notable resistance and measure size of a free wheeling.

Free wheeling of a pedal of coupling: 3–5 mm

2. If necessary, adjust a free wheeling of a pedal of coupling.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Weaken a lock-nut With and, rotating a pusher of D, adjust a free wheeling of a pedal.
2. Check distance between a pedal and a floor at completely pressed pedal of coupling.

Height at the switched-off coupling: 66,2 mm

3. Tighten a lock-nut (C).

Inhaling moment: 11,77–16,68 N • m

4. After adjustment check height of installation of a pedal of coupling.
