8.8. Working cylinder of coupling
GENERAL INFORMATION

1–coupling branch pipe;
2–bolt;		 3–working cylinder.

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The special tool OK130 430 019 disconnect a hydraulic tube from the working cylinder of coupling.
2. After a detachment of a branch pipe of coupling muffle it to prevent leakage of liquid of a hydraulic drive of coupling.
3. Unscrew two bolts and remove the working cylinder of coupling.
Prevention

As the liquid used in a hydraulic drive, dissolves paint, substitute for collecting liquid the suitable container.

At liquid hit on a paint and varnish covering of the car wash out it a large amount of water.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the working cylinder of coupling.
2. Screw two bolts of fastening of the working cylinder of coupling.

Inhaling moment: 15,7–22,5 N • m
3. The special tool OK130 430 019 connect a hydraulic tube to the working cylinder of coupling.

Inhaling moment: 13–22 N • m
4. Remove air from a hydraulic contour of coupling.
5. Check absence of leakages of brake liquid from a hydraulic contour of coupling.
6. Carry out road tests of the car.
