Dismantling
Prevention
Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air.
Do not damage a pusher and a surface of the main cylinder of the coupling, contacting to the piston.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Press a pusher and пассатижами remove a lock ring. | | 2. Remove a pusher, the piston, a piston stopper, a spring, a valve stopper, a spring and the valve. |
Prevention
To hold the piston, close rags the main cylinder of coupling.

| 3. Remove piston knot, submitting the compressed air through an adjusting opening of a branch pipe of coupling. | |
4. Lift a clamp of a stopper of the piston by means of the suitable tool. |

Prevention Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air.
Do not mix various brands of liquid for a hydraulic drive of coupling.
Do not use repeatedly merged liquid of a hydraulic actuator of coupling.
Before assembly grease with the specified liquid for coupling the piston and diameter of boring of the cylinder.
Replace new those details for which there are corresponding instructions.

| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. By means of the suitable tool establish a clamp of a stopper of the piston. |
Prevention
Do not allow damage of a contact surface of a pusher of the piston.

| 2. Having pressed on a pusher, establish a lock ring. | |
