12.3. Repair of a rotary fist

GENERAL INFORMATION

Rotary fist

1–an oil sealing ring to (replace);
2–nave of a forward wheel;
3–a lock ring to (replace);
4–wheel bearing;

5–brake board;
6–rotary fist;
7–a directing bolt of fastening of a wheel.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove an oil sealing ring of a nave of a forward wheel.
Prevention Do not replace a brake board and a brake disk if they are serviceable.
	2. Establish the special tool on a rotary fist across a nave of a wheel and clamp a rotary fist in a vice. To remove from a rotary fist a nave and a brake disk assembled, rotate a bolt, as is shown in drawing.
Prevention Slightly tighten a bolt and a nut to that part of a rotary fist where the spherical hinge is established.
	3. Slightly tighten a bolt and a nut to that part of a rotary fist where the spherical hinge is established.
	4. Establish the special A03 tool ОК930 331 across an internal ring of the bearing of a wheel, clamp a rotary fist in a vice and, to remove from a fist the bearing of a wheel rotate a bolt, as is shown in drawing. Then remove from a fist a stripper.
	5. A press with an opravka of the corresponding diameter squeeze out the wheel bearing from a rotary fist.
Prevention Needlessly do not remove a brake board. If the brake board acted in film, do not use it repeatedly.
	6. Needlessly do not remove a brake board. If the brake board acted in film, do not use it repeatedly.
	7. A hammer and a chisel bring down a brake board from a rotary fist.
Prevention Needlessly do not remove directing bolts of fastening of a wheel. If directing bolts of fastening of a wheel acted in film, do not use them repeatedly.
	8. A press with an opravka of the corresponding diameter squeeze out from a nave directing bolts of fastening of a wheel.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check all details and, if necessary, repair or replace them.
	2. A press with an opravka of the corresponding diameter press in a nave new directing bolts of fastening of a wheel.
	3. Put on a new brake board a label on the same place, as on the removed brake board.
4. Combine a label on a new brake board with a label on a rotary fist.
	5. A press with an opravka of the corresponding diameter press a brake board on a rotary fist.
	6. A press with an opravka of the corresponding diameter press the new bearing of a wheel.
	7. A press with an opravka of the corresponding diameter press a nave.
Prevention Use a new oil sealing ring. Establish a new oil sealing ring so that it was flush with an end face of a rotary fist.
	8. A hammer and a special opravka OK993 331 016 establish a new oil sealing ring.
