Prevention
For check of a heater of back glass wrap up щуп the voltmeter an aluminum or tin foil to prevent damage of a current-carrying strip of a heater. For definition of break it is necessary to press a finger a foil and to move it along a current-carrying strip.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Turn on the switch of a heater of back glass. |

2. Connect (+) a voltmeter conclusion to the center of each element of a lattice, and (–) a conclusion connect to the case. Tension in the central point of each element of a lattice should make about 6 Century. |

If tension exceeds specified, the wire between the central point and a point of connection of a lattice with the case If tension less specified or is absent is torn off, the wire between the central point and (+) a conclusion is faulty. |

Repair
For repair of a current-carrying strip of a heater prepare the following materials and tools:
– current-carrying weight;
– melkodispersny current-carrying weight;
– sticky tape;
– solvent;
– brush.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Clear the damaged site of a lattice ethyl alcohol or solvent. |
| 2. Paste from both parties of the damaged site of a lattice of a strip of a sticky tape. |
| 3. Paint over the damaged site silver paint by means of a small brush or a feather. |

4. Leave a lattice at 24 o'clock at temperature 25°С that paint dried. |
Prevention
Do not include a heater of back glass before paint drying.
For cleaning of the damaged site it is impossible to use gasoline or similar oil products.
After restoration of a current-carrying strip of a heater purification of glass carry out along a strip of a heater a little humidified rags.
