The speedometer does not work or its indications are incorrect
Step 1
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
Check connection of the measuring block and the socket of the sensor of speed. |

Step 2: check the sensor of speed
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. In a motor compartment disconnect the socket from the sensor of speed established on a conducted gear wheel of a transmission. |
2. Remove the sensor of speed. |
3. Connect a conclusion of 1 sensor of speed to positive (+) to a battery conclusion, and a conclusion 2 sensors – to negative (–) to a battery conclusion. |
4. Connect a conclusion 2 sensors of speed to the negative (–) to a tester conclusion, and a conclusion 3 – to positive (+) to a conclusion. |
5. Turn a shaft of the sensor of speed. |

6. Check a range of change of tension between conclusions 3 and 2.
Range of change of tension: 0–12 In |
Prevention
Tension should change 4 times for a turn of a shaft of the sensor of speed. If it not so, replace the sensor of speed.

Step 3: check a speedometer
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect the measuring block. |
|
2. Check conductivity between conclusions "IN" (orange-dark blue) and "AS" (black) a speedometer, at the same time rotating a sensor shaft. If for one turn of a shaft of the sensor of speed 4 impulses are not formed, replace a measuring instrument of speed. |
|
The tachometer does not work
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove a combination of devices. |
|
2. Connect a tachometer to "Af" conclusions (white-dark blue) and "As" (black) the socket of a combination of devices. |
3. Start up the engine. |
4. Check, whether shows a tachometer frequency of rotation of a shaft of the engine.

The index of temperature of cooling liquid does not work
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect the socket from the sensor of cooling liquid. |

2. Connect a red wire of the special tool to the socket, and a black wire connect to the case. |
3. Establish value of resistance of the special tool, equal specified for the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid. |
4. Include ignition and check correctness of indications.

Prevention
For the correct determination of malfunction continue the check described above within not less than 2 minutes. The admissible error is equal to the doubled thickness of an arrow of the index.

5. Remove a combination of devices. |
6. Submit tension with positive (+) battery poles on the conclusion "Вn" of the socket, and a conclusion of "AS" connect to the case. |

7. Connect a red wire of the special tool to "Bd" conclusion, and a black wire – to a negative pole of the battery. |
8. Establish resistance of the special tool. |
9. Check correctness of indications of the index. |

Check of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove the sensor. |
|
2. Establish the sensor in a vessel with water. |
3. Measure resistance, gradually heating up water. |
4. If resistance differs from specified, replace the sensor. Resistance: 190–260 Ohm at 50°С

The index of level of fuel does not work
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect the socket from the sensor of the index of level of fuel. |
|
2. Connect a red wire of the special tool to a conclusion of a flavovirent wire, and a black wire connect to "weight". |
3. Establish value of resistance of the special tool. |
4. Include ignition and check correctness of indications.

2. Disconnect the socket from knot of the sensor of level. |

3. Measure resistance, slowly moving a float from "F" point to the point "Е". |

Control lamp of brake system
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect the socket from the sensor of level of brake liquid. |
2. Connect conclusions of red-white and black wires a connecting wire. |
|
3. Turn on the engine and be convinced that the control lamp of brake system lights up. |
Prevention
Before check be convinced that the parking brake is switched completely off.

4. If the lamp did not light up, check a safety lock, a lamp and conducting. |
|
Sensor of level of brake liquid
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Connect an ohmmeter to the socket of the sensor of level of brake liquid. |
2. Check conductivity according to amount of brake liquid. |
|
3. The sensor is serviceable, if conductivity is, when level of liquid is lower than "MIN" mark, and is absent, when level of liquid is higher than a mark "MOVE". |
4. If the sensor did not pass this check, replace it. |
|
Control lamp of level of fuel
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect the socket from the fuel level sensor. |
2. Connect a conclusion of a red-white wire on the socket to the case. |
|
3. Turn on the engine and be convinced that the control lamp burns. |
4. If the lamp did not light up, check a safety lock, a lamp and conducting. |
|
Control lamp of a charging
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Turn on the engine and connect a white-black wire to the case. |
2. Be convinced that the control lamp burns. |
3. If the lamp did not light up, check an alarm lamp, conducting and the generator. |
|
4. If necessary repair or replace. |
|
|
Control lamp of pressure of oil of the engine
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect the socket from the sensor of pressure of oil of the engine. |
2. Turn on the engine and connect a conclusion of a yellow-red wire to the case. |
|
3. Be convinced that the control lamp "OIL" (OIL) lit up. If the lamp did not light up, check a lamp, the sensor of pressure of oil and conducting. |
4. If necessary repair or replace. |
|
Control lamp of seat belts
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect the socket from the switch on the lock of seat belts. |
2. Connect conclusions of green-orange and black wires a connecting wire. |
|
3. Include ignition and be convinced that the control lamp and a sound signal join approximately on 6 villages. |
4. If the lamp and a sound signal did not join, check a lamp, the switch on the lock, conducting and the control unit. If necessary repair or replace. |
