2.12. Removal and engine installation
GENERAL INFORMATION

Sequence of removal of hinged units from the engine and a motor compartment

1–bottom protective casing of the engine;
2–inlet air channel;
3–air filter;
4–storage battery and battery support;
5–accelerator cable;
6–cable of management of a butterfly valve (And/t);
7–radiator hose;
8–a hose of a broad tank of cooling liquid; 		9–socket of the fan of system of cooling;
10-pipe of ATF liquid (And/t);
11-radiator arm;
12-radiator;
13-belt of the amplifier of a steering and conditioner compressor;
14-oil pump of the amplifier of a steering and arm of the oil pump;
15-conditioner compressor.

Arrangement of electric sockets in a motor compartment

1–oxygen;
2–ignition distributor;
3–starter;
4–sensor of pressure of oil;
5–generator;
6, 11, 14 – a wire of connection with "weight";
7–injector; 		8–heating sensor;
9–idling sensor;
10-drive;
12-purge valve;
13-the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid;
15-sensor of speed;
16-delay sensor.

Arrangement of hoses

1–heater hoses;
2–vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes; 		3–hose of the valve of a purge;

Prevention

Remove pressure in fuel system

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Merge cooling liquid from the engine, oil from the engine and a transmission with the main transfer.
3. Consistently disconnect and remove:

– bottom protective casing of the engine;
– inlet air channel;
– air filter;
– storage battery and battery support;
– accelerator cable;
– cable of management of a butterfly valve (And/t);
– radiator hose;
– a hose of a broad tank of cooling liquid;
– socket of the fan of system of cooling;
– pipe of ATF liquid (And/t);
– radiator arm;
– radiator;
– belt of the amplifier of a steering and conditioner compressor;
– oil pump of the amplifier of a steering and arm of the oil pump;
– conditioner compressor.
4. Disconnect electric wires and sockets:

– oxygen sensor;
– ignition distributor;
– starter;
– sensor of pressure of oil;
– generator;
– wire of connection with "weight";
– injector;
– heating sensor;
– idling sensor;
– drive;
– purge valve;
– the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid;
– sensor of speed;
– delay sensor.
5. Disconnect the following hoses:

– heater hoses;
– a vacuum hose from the vacuum amplifier of brakes;
– hose of the valve of a purge; – fuel hoses.
6. Remove tips of steering drafts:

– remove шплинт and weaken a nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge;
– by means of a stripper remove a tip of steering draft from a rotary fist.
Prevention

At assembly establish new шплинт.
7. Consistently disconnect and remove:

– working cylinder of coupling;
– draft of management of a transmission (M/t);
– lengthening bar (M/t);
– cable of management of a butterfly valve (And/t);
– cross-piece;
– engine support;
– tip of steering draft;
– operating draft of the stabilizer;
– reception exhaust pipe;
– power shaft.
8. Before removal of a support of the engine support the engine by means of the special tool.
9. Remove engine support.

10. Lift the engine with a transmission and the leading bridge as uniform knot and get it from a motor compartment.

Prevention

Be careful not to damage other details close to the engine.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
2. After installation fill in oil in a transmission with the main transfer and cooling liquid in the engine.
3. Start up the engine and check idling a corner of an advancing of ignition, and also absence of leakages of oil and cooling liquid.
4. After road test once again check levels of oil and cooling liquid.
