GENERAL INFORMATION

Sequence of removal from the FE DOHC engine of auxiliary elements

1–oil щуп;
2–arm of the oil pump of the amplifier of a steering;
3–EGR pipe;
4–thermofilter of a final collector;
5–final collector;
6–a tube of supply of cooling liquid and a perepuskny tube;
7–an earring for engine lifting;
8–generator;
9–level and generator arm; 		10-adjusting console of the engine;
11-central cover;
12-distributor of ignition and high-voltage wires;
13-spark plugs;
14-thermostat and thermostat cover;
15-arm of an inlet collector;
16-inlet collector;
17-oil filter;
18-oil radiator;
19-sensor of pressure of oil.

Sequence of removal from the T8 DOHC engine of auxiliary elements

1–oil щуп;

FE DOHC engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove from the FE DOHC engine the following auxiliary elements:

– oil щуп;
– arm of the oil pump of the amplifier of a steering;
– EGR pipe;
– thermofilter of a final collector;
– final collector;
– a tube of supply of cooling liquid and a perepuskny tube;
– an earring for engine lifting;
– generator;
– level and generator arm;
– adjusting console of the engine;
– central cover;
– distributor of ignition and high-voltage wires;
– spark plugs;
– thermostat and thermostat cover;
– arm of an inlet collector;
– inlet collector;
– oil filter;
– oil radiator;
– sensor of pressure of oil.
DOHC T8 engine
2. Remove from the DOHC T8 engine the following auxiliary elements:

– oil щуп;
– arm of the oil pump of the amplifier of a steering;
– thermofilter of a final collector;
– final collector;
– a tube of supply of cooling liquid and a perepuskny tube;
– an earring for engine lifting;
– generator;
– level and generator arm;
– adjusting console of the engine;
– central cover;
– distributor of ignition and high-voltage wires;
– thermostat and thermostat cover;
– arm of an inlet collector;
– inlet collector;
– oil filter;
– oil radiator;
– sensor of pressure of oil.
3. Mark all interfaced details (pistons, piston rings, rods and klapanny springs) that they could be inserted into the same cylinder in which they worked before dismantling again.
4. Clear all details the ferry and remove the moisture which has remained on them with a stream of the compressed air.
Prevention

During dismantling it is necessary to give particular attention to all details and systems to understand and remember an order of their assembly.

It should be noted all found defects, износы or breakages.
5. After removal of a final collector, fix the engine at the special stand.
6. Installation on the engine of auxiliary elements is made in sequence, return to removal.
