Work of system of consecutive multipoint injection of fuel (SFI) is based on sequence of impulses and measurement of a mass consumption of air. The system provides giving in cylinders of the engine of a toplivnovozdushny mix of optimum structure. The system of absorption of air and system of injection of fuel work together with system of electronic control by the engine. The last turns on various sensors, switches and the control unit the engine (RSM). All sensors and switches incorporate to RSM which processes arriving data and calculates installation of phases of a gazoraspredeleniye and duration of opening electricly operated fuel nozzles. The main requirement for optimum supply of fuel is defined by the data arriving on RSM from the sensor of a mass consumption of air. Other sensors and switches are used for the following measurements: – temperatures of cooling liquid; – frequencies of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine; – contents of oxygen in the fulfilled gases; – definitions of provision of the top dead point of the piston of the first cylinder in a compression step. Various sensors and switches inform on any changes of operating conditions and send the corresponding signals to RSM. It allows RSM to regulate duration of opening (duration of an impulse) nozzles and to support an optimum mode for decrease in toxicity of harmful substances in the fulfilled gases and power setting in various service conditions of the car. |
