1–inlet branch pipe;
2–sealing ring;
3–connecting union;
4–sealing ring;
5–the regulating valve;
6–spring;
7–pump case (a back part);
8–sealing ring;

9–statorny ring;
10-blade;
11-rotor;
12-lateral plate;
13-sealing ring;
14-sealing ring;
15-pin;
16-pump case (a forward part).

1–inlet branch pipe;

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Dismantling of the pump carry out in the sequence shown in drawing, taking into account the following. In case of failure detection of any detail all knot of the oil pump is subject to replacement.

Prevention

At assembly it is necessary to use new laying and sealing rings.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear all details of the pump the corresponding solvent.

2. If there are damaged details of the pump, replace the pump assembled.

3. If the pulley is damaged or deformed, replace it.

4. If there are leakages of liquid about a sealing ring, replace it.

5. If shlitsa of a shaft or a pulley are damaged or worn-out, replace the corresponding details.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Assembly carry out to sequences, return shown in drawing, taking into account the following.

2. Grease with a thin layer of ATF DEXRON II liquid all replaced details, including oil consolidation and a sealing ring.
