| 1. Remove a branch pipe of a high pressure and by means of an adapter connect a manometer of system of the amplifier of a steering. Moment of an inhaling of an adapter: 39,24–58,86 N • m. |
| 2. Insert the thermometer into a tank for liquid of the amplifier of a steering. |
3. Remove air from system as follows.
1) Check level of liquid of the amplifier of a steering in a tank and, if necessary, add liquid.
2) Lift the car and fix it on support.
3) Turn a steering wheel to the left against the stop and to the right against the stop on 10 times.
4) Again check liquid level in a tank and add, if it went down.
5) Repeat steps 3) and 4) until level of liquid is not stabilized.
6) Start up the engine and leave it to idle.
7) Turn a steering wheel to the left against the stop and to the right against the stop on 10 times.
8) Check, whether there are air vials in liquid of the amplifier of a steering. If vials are, in system there is an air.
In this case repeat steps with 2) on 7). |
Prevention
If the quantity of vials continues to increase, check, whether air gets into system.

| 4. Take liquid temperature. If temperature less 50-60°C, several times turn a steering wheel to the left and to the right while the temperature of liquid will not reach demanded value. |
Prevention
For removal of indications of working pressure upon some time close the valve of a manometer of system of the amplifier of a steering. Do not close the valve more long, than on 15 villages.

| 5. Close the valve of a manometer of system of the amplifier of a steering and measure the pressure created by the pump of the amplifier of a steering, increasing frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine to 1000–1500 mines-1. Pressure should be within 8240,4–8829,0 kPas. |
| 6. Open the valve of a manometer of system of the amplifier of a steering and increase frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine to 1000–1500 mines-1. |
Prevention Continuously turn a steering wheel during no more than 15 pages.

| 7. Several times turn a steering wheel to the left and to the right, then measure pressure. |
| 8. Disconnect a manometer and an adapter from system of the amplifier of a steering. Again connect the pipeline of a high pressure and tighten connection by the moment of 15,7-23,5 N • m. |
| 9. Get the thermometer and remove air from system as it is described in point 3. |
