Protective cover of steering draft

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on support. Remove a wheel.
2. Remove a plastic guard of protection of an arch of a wheel.
3. Turn a wheel to the left against the stop.
4. Take шплинт and unscrew a nut of fastening of a finger of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering bent for to a rotary fist. Turn on a nut until it will not reach the finger end.
	5. A stripper OK130 283 021 squeeze out a finger of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft from a rotary fist.
Prevention For an exception of damage of a carving of a pin screw on a carving a temporary nut. Do not tighten a nut strongly not to damage a carving.
	6. Note the provision of a tip of steering draft, weaken a lock-nut and unscrew a tip of steering draft from steering draft.
7. Fix a tip of steering draft in a vice.
	8. Press a chisel to a cover, holding it at an angle, shown in drawing.
9. Gradually, being careful and moving a chisel round the hinge, bring down a protective cover.
Prevention Do not damage a place of a prileganiye of a dustproof cover to steering draft.
10. Cut a wire and weaken a collar of fastening of a protective cover of steering transfer.
11. Turn out a lock-nut from steering draft.
12. Shifting on steering draft, remove a protective cover of steering transfer.
13. Remove collars from a protective cover.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Put a small amount of greasing in a protective cover of a tip of steering draft.
	2. A press and an opravka establish a protective cover on a tip of steering draft.
3. Fill a new protective cover of steering transfer with lubricant.
4. Apply a thin film greasings on interfaced surfaces of a protective cover.
5. Pulling on steering draft, establish a protective cover of steering transfer. Fix the big party of a cover a wire, having wrapped up it on two turns, and twirl the ends of a wire 4-4,5 times.
6. Fix a cover from the smaller party a collar.
7. Screw a lock-nut of steering draft and combine the labels put before a reversing of a nut.
8. Screw a tip of steering draft and combine the labels put before a reversing of a tip.
9. Tighten a lock-nut of a tip of steering draft.
10. Establish a finger of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft in a rotary fist.
11. Screw a nut of fastening of a finger and tighten it the demanded moment.
12. Establish шплинт.
13. Establish a wheel.
14. Lower the car.
15. After installation check adjustment of corners of installation of wheels.
