17.13. Two-regime relay of pressure

GENERAL INFORMATION

This relay is established on the pipeline of a high pressure of the entrance channel of a dehumidifier of a broad tank and carries out functions of the relay of low pressure and the relay of a high pressure.

Operation of the relay of low pressure

Pressure of a coolant is higher 2,25±0,2 than kg/cm2.

In this case pressure of a coolant becomes higher than counteraction of a spring (And) therefore the mechanical diaphragm is deformed, and mobile dot contact is displaced to the right.

At this moment dot contact (I) will close, i.e. there is a condition is INCLUDED, and the magnetic coupling of the compressor works.

Pressure of a coolant is lower 2,0±0,2 than kg/cm2.

Thus action of a spring becomes more pressure of a coolant, dot contact (I) is disconnected, and there is a condition is SWITCHED OFF.


Operation of the relay of a high pressure

Pressure of a coolant is higher 32,2±0,2 than kg/cm2.

In this case pressure of a coolant becomes higher than counteraction of a spring And therefore the mechanical diaphragm is deformed and displaces to the right a pin.

At this moment dot contact (II) is disconnected, thereby there is a condition is SWITCHED OFF, and the magnetic coupling is closed, t, е, there is a condition is INCLUDED.

Pressure of a coolant is lower 2,0±0,2 than kg/cm2.

Thus pressure of a metal diaphragm becomes higher than pressure of a coolant therefore the diaphragm comes back to the initial form, dot contact (II) becomes isolated, and there is a condition is SWITCHED OFF.
