17.8. Mixing drive


Check of a drive of mixing

The drive receives signals from the block of automatic control and joins for opening of a shutter of mixing. In this drive the potentiometer defining the provision of a shutter of mixing is established.

1. Potentiometer

The potentiometer is the resistor established on the printed-circuit board of a drive. According to target speed it defines the provision of a shutter of mixing as the tension relation on mobile contact Е1 to basic tension Е and sends the signal on the block of automatic control as a feedback signal.

2. Drive work

If signals from an exit of the block of automatic control are such as are described below, the electric motor established in a drive will turn on.

Sliding contacts rotate, being rigidly fixed on day off to an electric motor shaft, and it stops at hit of sliding contact on a plate of contacts And or Century.

At shutdown of a target signal of the block of automatic control the electric motor stops irrespective of the provision of contact.


1. Check, whether will earn the electric motor after giving (+) on contact 4 and (–) on contact 5.
Check also change of the direction of its rotation on opposite at connection upside-down.
2. At malfunction of the electric motor replace it.
