The office valve of capacity with a coolant

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before gate connection to capacity with a coolant completely turn a makhovichok counter-clockwise.
2. Turn the final gate counter-clockwise to the full.
3. Unscrew the final gate a hand clockwise to the full. Connect the central hose to the gate union.
4. To punch tight capacity, turn a makhovichok clockwise.
5. For filling of the central hose turn a makhovichok clockwise to the full.

For filling of the central hose turn a makhovichok clockwise to the full.
6. Weaken a nut of fastening of the hose, attached to the central union of a collector with manometers. Let the air out. Then again tighten a nut.

Installation of a set of a collector with manometers

Prevention

The union for installation of a set of a collector with manometers are established on tubes of high and low pressure.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Close both gates of a set of a collector with manometers.
2. Connect a hose of low pressure to the union of a high pressure.
3. Tighten nuts of hoses, but only a hand.

Test for tightness

After air removal from system check it on tightness.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Connect full capacity with a coolant to the office gate.
2. Open the gate of a high pressure for system filling by a gaseous coolant.
3. At achievement by indications of a manometer of low pressure of 98 kPas (1 kg/cm2) close the gate of a high pressure.
4. For check of tightness of system use the detector of leakages of gas. At detection of leak repair faulty knot or connection; then again remove air from system.

Plums from system

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Connect a collector set with manometers to cooling system.
2. The free end of the central hose lay on a working towel.
3. For coolant plum slowly open the gate of a high pressure.

Prevention

Open the gate only not much more. If to allow having merged with unduly high speed, from system compressor oil will flow out.

4. Check a working towel to be convinced that oil does not follow. In the presence of oil cover the gate a little.
5. After reduction of indications of a manometer from a collector set with manometers to 343 kPas (3,5 kg/cm2) slowly open the gate of low pressure.
6. In process of pressure drop in system gradually open gates of high and low pressure before achievement by indications of both manometers of level of 0 kPas.

Air removal

Every time when the system of cooling incorporates to the atmosphere, it is necessary for blowing for moisture and air removal.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Connect a collector set with manometers.
2. Connect the central hose of a set of manometers to an entrance of the vacuum pump.
3. Start the vacuum pump and open both gates.
4. When the manometer of low pressure will show about 750 mm Hg, close both gates and switch off the vacuum pump.
5. Check a pressure invariance within not less than 5 minutes. In case of change of pressure check tightness of system and if necessary repair it.
6. In the absence of leak disconnect a hose from the vacuum pump.

Charging

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove air from cooling system.
2. Connect capacity with a coolant to the central hose of a set of a collector with manometers.
3. Open the gate of the party of a high pressure for a system charging a gaseous coolant.

Quantity of the coolant charged through the party of a high pressure: 400 g

4. Close the gate of the party of a high pressure of a set of a collector with manometers.
5. Start the engine and put into operation the compressor.

Prevention

Try to hold capacity an opening up in order to avoid a system charging a liquid coolant through soaking-up party that can damage the compressor.

Never open the gate of the party of a high pressure at a system charging when the conditioner is SWITCHED ON.

Is not derogation from norm if in the course of a charging murmur is heard.

6. Open the gate of the party of low pressure of a set of a collector with manometers.
7. Charge system the established quantity of a coolant.

Coolant total: 700 g
8. Close the gate of the party of low pressure and the office gate of capacity with a coolant.
9. Stop the engine.

10. Remove a collector set with manometers.

Test for functioning

On termination of repair execute test of central air of air for functioning in the following order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Connect a collector set with manometers.
2. Start the engine and support frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine 1500 of mines-1.
3. Turn on the air conditioner on the maximum cooling.
4. Open all windows and doors.
5. In the center of a final opening of the fan place the dry thermometer.
6. Place the thermometer with dry and moistened with balls near an inlet opening of the main fan.
7. Wait, the temperature on an exit of the air conditioner is not stabilized yet.

The established condition
Temperature on an entrance of the main fan: 25-35°C
Party of a high pressure: 1177–1619 kPas

Prevention

At excessive increase of pressure on the party of a high pressure pour cold water over the condenser. At its excessive fall close a forward part of the condenser.

8. After temperature stabilization on an exit of the air conditioner take readings of the thermometer with dry and moistened with the balls, placed by the inlet air channel.
9. Calculate relative humidity by means of the schedule, using thermometer indications with dry and moistened with balls.

10. Consider the indication of the dry thermometer established at the inlet air channel, and calculate a difference between indications of the dry thermometers established at inlet and final channels.

11. Check, whether the point of intersection of relative humidity and a difference of temperatures gets to the shaded zone.
