GENERAL INFORMATION

1–back sitting;
2–socket of the fuel pump;

Prevention

Before a detachment of pipelines remove pressure in fuel system.

Gasoline is explosive, therefore at work with elements of fuel system provide normal ventilation of a workplace, do not use fire, the sparking devices opened by fire-dangerous light devices and do not smoke.

Clear a fuel tank from паров fuels.

Before removal merge fuel from a fuel tank.


Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove pressure in fuel system.
2. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
3. Remove a pillow of back sitting.
4. Disconnect sockets from the block of supply of fuel.
5. Turn out three screws of fastening of a cover.
6. Disconnect two fuel hoses from the block of supply of fuel.
7. Lift the car.
8. Establish a jack under a fuel tank.
9. Disconnect fuel hoses from a fuel tank.
10. Turn out bolts of fastening of arms of a fuel tank.
Prevention

Close all opened openings of a fuel tank to exclude an exit from a tank паров fuels.
11. Remove a fuel tank from under the car.
Prevention

Even in an empty fuel tank there are pairs of fuel which are explosive therefore be careful. Provide normal ventilation of a workplace, do not use fire, the sparking devices opened by fire-dangerous light devices and do not smoke. As soon as possible clear a fuel tank from паров fuels.
12. Visually check all details of a fuel tank and, if necessary, repair or replace them.
13. Installation of a fuel tank is carried out to sequences, return to removal.
