6.12. Pressure regulator

 Removal
Prevention

The fuel system remains under pressure even after engine switching off therefore before a detachment of pipelines it is necessary to remove pressure in fuel system.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Connect the measuring device between the fuel filter and the main fuel hose.
3. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
4. Start up the engine and let's to it work idling.
5. Measure pressure in топливопроводе.

Pressure in топливопроводе: 294–304 kPas
6. If pressure does not correspond demanded, replace a pressure regulator.
