11.24. Valves of switching of transfer (No. 1, No. 2)

 Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Turn out a drain stopper and merge transmission ATF liquid.
Prevention

At removal of a lateral casing be careful not to damage a casing, a transmission and their contact surfaces. Replace a lateral casing if it is damaged.

3. Unscrew bolts and remove a lateral casing.
4. Disconnect sockets from valves.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Measure resistance between contacts of the electromagnetic valve.

Resistance: 12–16 Ohm


Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the valve of switching of transfer.

Inhaling moment: 58,8–68,6 N • m

Prevention

Clear a contact surface of a lateral casing of ATF and the hermetic remains. Put hermetic from the interior of openings for bolts of fastening of a casing, without interrupting a strip of the put hermetic.

 
2. Put hermetic (three bond 1281B) on a lateral casing.
Prevention

The strip of hermetic should have width of 1,0-1,5 mm.

The knot is subject to assembly not later, than through 5 mines after hermetic drawing.

3. Establish a lateral casing and fix bolts.

Inhaling moment: 20–29 N • m

4. Establish new laying and screw a drain stopper.

Inhaling moment: 24–55 N • m

5. Fill in transmission ATF liquid and check on absence of leaks from a lateral casing.
