15.14. Cross-section and longitudinal drafts

GENERAL INFORMATION

1–cover;
2–draft of the stabilizer;
3–a bolt with a washer and a nut;
4–a nut, a plate cover and an adjusting bolt with a plate;
5–cross-section draft (back);

6–bolt (cross-pieces);
7–a bolt with a washer and a nut;
8–cross-section draft (forward);
9–bracket of a cable of a brake;
10-longitudinal draft.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a jack a back part of the car and establish it on reliable support.
2. Remove wheels.
3. Removal carry out in the sequence shown in drawing.
	4. Before an otvorachivaniye of nuts put adjusting labels on a plate cover and a cross-piece.
	5. Bring a jack under a cross-piece, and then unscrew nuts.
Prevention Do not allow cross-piece falling.
6. Check a condition of all details and, if necessary, repair or replace them.
7. Installation carry out to sequences, return shown in drawing, taking into account the following.
	8. Establish a plate cover so that it was focused in the same direction, as cut on an adjusting bolt with a plate and a plate cover. Inhaling moment: 86–117 N • m
9. Establish wheels. Inhaling moment: 88–118 N • m
Prevention Having tightened fixing bolts and nuts of cross-section draft and longitudinal draft not up to the end, lower the car and finally tighten all bolts and nuts the demanded moments in not loaded condition.
10. Having established cross-section and longitudinal drafts, measure parameters of adjustment of wheels and if necessary execute adjustment.
