PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car so that forward wheels appeared over the earth.

3. Establish forward wheels in the direction of rectilinear movement and establish the car on a horizontal surface.
4. Measure distances And and Century.

Positive convergence: 3±3 mm


Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Weaken lock nuts of the left and right connecting drafts and turn connecting drafts on the same size.

Prevention

One turn of connecting draft (both parties) changes a positive convergence approximately for 6 mm.


2. Tighten lock nuts of connecting drafts.

Inhaling moment: 70–100 N • m

Check of the maximum angle of rotation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Establish both lobbies of a wheel in a template of radius of turn.

Inside: 31,19 °
Outer side: 36,17 °


Adjustment of the maximum angle of rotation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Weaken lock nuts of the left and right connecting drafts and turn connecting drafts on the same size.

The maximum difference between the left and right drafts: 3 mm
2. Tighten lock nuts of connecting drafts.

Inhaling moment: 70–100 N • m
3. After adjustment of an angle of rotation check and adjust a positive convergence.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a forward wheel on the device for measurement of radius of turn and unscrew lock nuts of a nave.
2. Fix on a nave the device for measurement of a disorder / corner of a longitudinal inclination шкворня.

3. Measure a disorder / corner of a longitudinal inclination шкворня.

Disorder: 0 ° 42 '±45'
Corner of a longitudinal inclination шкворня: 2 ° З0 '±45'

4. Remove the device for measurement of a disorder / corner of a longitudinal inclination шкворня.
5. Tighten new lock nuts of a nave and зачеканьте them.

Inhaling moment: 235–319 N • m
