15.11. Repair of a back amortization rack

GENERAL INFORMATION

1–nut;
2–rubber element;
3–top plate of a spring;
4–dustproof casing;
5–limiter of a forward stroke;
6–twisted spring;
7–bottom basic ring of a spring;
8–shock-absorber.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Dismantling carry out in the sequence shown in drawing, taking into account the following.
2. Fix an amortization rack in a vice.

Prevention

Close sponges of a vice plates from a soft material (copper plates).


3. Weaken a nut of fastening of a rod on two-three turns.

Prevention

Do not turn out a nut completely.


4. The special adaptation compress a spring of a rack of a forward suspension bracket.
5. Check a condition of all details and, if necessary, repair or replace them.
6. Assembly carry out to sequences, return shown in drawing, taking into account the following.
7. Establish a twisted spring, having placed the spring end in a ledge of the bottom basic ring.
8. Establish the limiter of a forward stroke.
