1–pallet;
2–front grille;
3–the bottom arm from a bumper;
4–obverse part of a bumper;
5–lateral plate of a bumper;
6–central arm of a bumper;

7–an energy absorber from the made foam material;
8–bumper fittings;
9–top arm of a bumper;
10-forward rack of a bumper;
11-fog light.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove forward headlights.
2. Removal carry out in the sequence shown in drawing, taking into account the following.
	3. Open a cowl and remove a front grille.
4. Remove a spring of the combined lamp and disconnect the socket of a plait of wires.
5. Remove the combined lamp.
	6. Turn out adjusting bolts and disconnect the headlight socket.
7. Remove a headlight.
	8. Turn out the top screws of fastening of a bumper and the bottom bolts on each side a bumper.
	9. Turn out the screws shown in drawing by shooters, and remove the pallet.
	10. Turn out bolts of fastening of a support of a bumper (are shown by shooters).
11. Remove a bumper assembled.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. After bumper removal assembled from a body remove the fixing details connecting facing of a bumper and fittings (are shown by shooters).
	2. Remove the fixing elements attaching facing of a bumper to the lower part of a bumper (are shown by shooters).
	3. Remove the bumper facing, power absorbing пеноматериал and fittings.
4. Check a condition of details.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

Prevention

At installation use new fixing elements

Inhaling moment: 16–24 N • m
