Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
	2. Remove the internal handle, an armrest, the handle of a window regulator and door facing.
Prevention For cars with electric window regulators and locks of a door disconnect the socket of a plait of wires.
3. Remove a door upholstery.
Prevention Upholstery of a door remove carefully that it could be used repeatedly.
	4. Remove the door filter.
Prevention Remove the door filter carefully that it could be used repeatedly. If necessary grease the limiter of opening of a door.
	5. Move a bolt of fastening of glass of a door that he could be taken from a working opening.
	6. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a door directing glass, and then remove directing door glasses.
	7. Turn out a bolt of fastening of glass of a door.
	8. Remove door glass, having lifted it up.
Prevention Carefully remove glass not to damage it.
9. Remove a fillet and a sealant.
Prevention The fillet and sealant represent one detail.
	10. Turn out bolts of fastening of a window regulator, and then get a window regulator through a working opening.
11. Remove a window regulator, draft and adjusting nuts of fastening of the external handle.
	12. Remove the external handle.
	13. Remove the holder of the cylinder of the lock, and then remove a drive of the lock of a door.
	14. Turn out screws and remove the door lock assembled.
15. Remove a pin of the limiter of opening of a door.
16. Turn out bolts of fastening of a loop of a door and remove a door.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation of a door carry out to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.

Prevention

Before installation of glass of a door check, that consolidation of glass of a door was not damaged. After installation of a window regulator adjust it so that door glass easily and smoothly moved up and down.

If necessary grease the limiter of opening of a door.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Check, that the door was easily closed and was not люфта. In case of need weaken screws of a doggie of fastening and adjust the provision of a door, moving a doggie of the lock of a door on a vertical or across.
2. Check a back gap between a door and a body. In case of need adjust a door, moving a doggie of the lock of a door across. Inhaling moment: 18–27 N • m

Door loops

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Open a door and if in loops is available люфт, tighten bolts of fastening of a loop of a door (are shown by shooters).
2. To adjust a gap between a door and a body, weaken bolts of fastening of a loop of a door and carry out adjustment. Inhaling moment: 17,64–29,4 N • m
