19.6. Free wheeling of a pedal of a brake

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. With the switched-off engine press a brake pedal several times to clean any люфты in system.
2. Remove a spring clip and be convinced that openings on a fork and a pedal coincide, then again establish a clip.
3. A hand press a brake pedal before emergence of notable resistance and measure a free wheeling of a pedal.

Free wheeling of a pedal of a brake: 4–7 mm

Adjustment
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a spring clip and a pin.
2. Weaken a lock nut (D) and combine openings on a fork and a pedal pusher turn (C).
3. Establish a pin and a spring clip.
4. Tighten a lock nut (D).

Inhaling moment: 23,5–34,3 N • m

5. Upon termination of adjustment check height of a pedal and inclusion of a lamp of a stoplight.
