Main brake cylinder and vacuum amplifier of brakes
1–socket of the sensor of level of brake liquid; 2–brake pipeline; 3–nut; |
4–tank; 5–sealing ring; 6–vacuum amplifier of brakes. |
Removal and installation
Prevention
Brake liquid dissolves paint, plastic and isolation of wires therefore at casual hit of liquid on a paint and varnish covering of the car or its components wash out them a large amount of water.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery. |
2. Disconnect the socket from the sensor of level of brake liquid. |
3. Disconnect brake tubes from the main brake cylinder and close them plastic jams for an exception of hit of dirt in them. |
4. Turn out two nuts of fastening of the main brake cylinder. |
5. Remove the main brake cylinder. |
|
Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. By means of the special tool measure a gap between a pusher of the vacuum amplifier of brakes and the piston of the main cylinder.
Gap: 0 mm |
2. If the gap differs from nominal rate, adjust it pusher rotation. |
Prevention
Depression, mm Hg. | Gap between a pusher and the piston, mm |
0 | 0,4–0,6 |
500 | 0,1–0,4 |
|
|
|
3. By means of an ohmmeter check conductivity the sensor of level of brake liquid when level of liquid is below MIN mark. |
|
Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. At installation of the new main brake cylinder adjust the provision of a pusher of the vacuum amplifier of brakes. |
2. Establish the main brake cylinder on the vacuum amplifier of brakes and screw two nuts. |
3. Tighten two nuts of fastening of the main brake cylinder. Inhaling moment: 9,8–15,7 N • m
|
4. Connect two tubes of brake system. |
5. Tighten nuts of fastening of tubes of brake system. Inhaling moment: 1,8–21,6 N • m
|
6. Connect the socket to the sensor of level of brake liquid. |
7. Add brake liquid and remove air from a hydraulic contour of brake system. |
8. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery. |
