10.20. Removal of an automatic transmission


Sequence of removal of an automatic transmission

1–storage battery;
2–battery support;
3–air line and resonant chamber;
4–air filter;
5–sensor of delay and socket of the electromagnetic valve;
6–socket of the sensor of a speedometer;
7–selector cable;
8–connection with "weight";
9–cable of a drive of a butterfly valve;
10-inlet tube of an oil radiator;
11-final tube of an oil radiator;
13-antisplash guard;
15-collector rack;
17-tip of steering draft;
18-stabilizer earring;
19-power shaft;
20-intermediate shaft;
21-engine support;
22-engine support #2;

1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Lift the car and fix on support.
3. Establish the reception pallet under a stopper plum of liquid of an automatic transmission.
4. Turn out a stopper and merge all liquid from an automatic transmission.
5. Further remove a transmission in the sequence given on drawing, taking into account mentioned below remarks.
6. The special AA0 adaptation OK201 170 support the engine so that the weight of the engine was perceived by the adaptation.
7. For access to bolts of fastening of the converter of a torque remove a cap. Turn out four bolts of fastening of the converter of a torque. For access to bolts consistently turn a cranked shaft of the engine.
8. Remove шплинты, turn out nuts and disconnect the left and right tips of steering drafts from rotary fists.


Do not damage dustproof covers. Temporarily screw lock nuts for prevention of damage of a carving. Do not use repeatedly шплинт.

9. Turn out a coupling bolt, mount wring out the bottom lever down and separate a hinge pin from a rotary fist from two parties of the car.
10. Turn out nuts of fastening of support of the engine.
11. Turn out bolts and nuts and remove a plate of protection of the engine.
12. Remove the stabilizer and earrings of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
13. Insert mount between the internal CV JOINT of a power shaft and a transmission and easy blow on mount take a power shaft from a transmission.


Do not damage a dustproof cover of the spherical hinge.

14. Establish instead of power shafts special caps OK201 270 014 in order that adjustment of semi-axial gear wheels of differential was not broken.


If the special tool is not established, semi-axial gear wheels of differential can be displaced one concerning another.

15. Lean the engine against a transmission by means of release of the special tool (a bolt with a kryukoobrazny head for engine support).


Do not allow transmission falling from a rack.

16. A rack support a transmission.
17. Turn out bolts of fastening of a transmission.
18. Being careful, separate a transmission from the engine and slowly lower it under the car.
