TRANSMISSION
Prevention
Do not allow transmission falling from a rack.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Establish a transmission on a rack and lift it into place. |
|
2. Screw bolts of fastening of a transmission. Inhaling moment: 69–99 N • m
|
| 3. Screw nuts of fastening of the converter of a torque. Inhaling moment: 38–60 N • m
|
| 4. Slightly tighten nuts of a support of the engine No. 4 Bolts of a support of the engine No. 1.
|
|
Prevention
The distortion of bolts can lead to damages of openings under them.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. When using the special tool (a support for the engine) be convinced of coincidence of openings under bolts in a transmission and engine No. 1 support. |
| 2. Tighten bolts the demanded moment. Inhaling moment: 67–93 N • m
|
|
ENGINE SUPPORT
Prevention
Make sure that rubber sheets for installation of the engine are established, as is shown in drawing.
At installation of a support of the engine combine hairpins of a support of the engine No. 2 with openings.

1. Screw and tighten bolts and nuts And. Inhaling moment: 67–93 N • m

| 2. Screw and slightly tighten nuts of Century. |
|
3. Tighten nuts of a support of the engine No. 4

| 4. Remove the special tool (a support for the engine). |
|
5. Tighten nuts of Century.
Inhaling moment: 45–104 N • m |

INTERMEDIATE SHAFT
Prevention
Check, whether oil consolidation is damaged.
Do not damage oil consolidation by shlitsa of a shaft.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Remove the special tool from a transmission case. |
| 2. Grease with transmission ATF liquid a flange of oil consolidation and insert an intermediate shaft into a transmission. |
|
3. Fix an intermediate shaft on the block of cylinders, having tightened bolts in a certain sequence.
Inhaling moment: 43–61 N • m |

POWER SHAFT
Prevention
Check, whether oil consolidation is damaged.
Do not damage oil consolidation by shlitsa of a shaft.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Remove the special tool from a transmission case. |
|
2. Establish a lock ring on the internal end of a power shaft, thus the cut of a lock ring should settle down from above. |
| 3. Grease with transmission ATF liquid a flange of oil consolidation and establish a power shaft. |
|
4. Make sure of the correct landing of a power shaft, having pulled it on itself, the shaft should not slip out outside. |
|
TIP OF STEERING DRAUGHT

1. Establish pins of spherical hinges of the left and right tips of steering drafts in rotary fists and fix them new nuts.
Inhaling moment: 43–56 N • m |

2. Shplintami fix nuts from an otvorachivaniye. |

BOTTOM LEVER

1. Establish pins of spherical hinges of the left and right bottom levers in rotary fists and fix them coupling bolts.

| 2. Screw additional nuts of fastening of the sensor of speed of wheels of ABS. Inhaling moment: 7,9–10,7 N • m
|
|
3. Establish a clip of a brake hose. |
|
OIL HOSE
Prevention
In case of a reuse of a clip of a hose place it on a place of an initial arrangement and slightly compress a clip big пассатижами FOR its guaranteed fixation.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Combine labels and put on a hose of an oil radiator a tube before complete landing, as is shown in drawing. |
| 2. Establish a clip on a hose in the center of a label and at an angle, specified in drawing. |
| 3. Be convinced that the clip of a hose does not concern other details. |
|
RACK OF THE SUPPORT OF THE ENGINE

1. Establish a rack of a support of the engine, as is shown in drawing. |
| 2. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery. |
| 3. Fill in liquid in an automatic transmission. |
| 4. Adjust a cable of management of a transmission. |
