10.30. Repair of the lever of the selector
GENERAL INFORMATION

Selector lever

1–socket;
2–screws;
3–head of the lever of the selector;
4–casing;
5–display panel;
6–lamp of the indicator of situation;
7–cam;
8–roller clamp assembled;
9–auxiliary plate; 		10-elastic plate, top;
11-elastic plate;
12-pin;

Dismantling, check and assembly
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disassemble the selector lever in the sequence shown in drawing.
2. Insert a thin slice of metal from contacts of the socket and squeeze out down a pin for their fixing.
3. To Vytolknita contacts from the socket.
4. Check a condition of details and, if necessary, repair or replace them.
5. Assembly is carried out in sequence, return dismantling.
6. Put konsistentny greasing from the interior of a clamp and establish it on an elastic plate.
7. Move the selector lever to situation P.
8. Establish in a free condition an elastic plate, the top elastic plate and an auxiliary plate.
9. Adjust a gap between a directing plate and a directing pin and tighten screws.

Inhaling moment: 2,0–2,9 N • m

10. Establish in a free condition a cam on a pusher.

Prevention

The gap decreases at a cam povorachivaniye clockwise.
11. Adjust a gap between a directing plate and a directing pin a cam povorachivaniye.
12. Establish a head of the lever of the selector and make sure that the gap corresponds to the specified values.
13. Otherwise, repeat assembly, since a step 2.
14. Remove a head of the lever of the selector
15. Put konsistentny greasing on a cam, as is shown in drawing.
16. Move the selector lever to situation P.
17. Combine adjusting screws in the toddler with openings in the display panel. Establish a thick wire for support of the toddler.
18. Temporarily establish the display panel on an arm of the lever of the selector.
19. Tighten screws of the display panel in an order specified in drawing.

Inhaling moment: 2,0–2,9 N • m
20. Remove a wire.
21. Make sure that position of the lever of the selector corresponds to the display panel in each situation.
