9.15. Assembly of primary shaft

GENERAL INFORMATION

Collect primary shaft in the sequence given on drawing.

Balance of assembly of primary shaft

1–nave of the coupling 3rd and 4th of transfers;
2–cracker of a clamp of the synchronizer;
3–the sliding coupling of the synchronizer of the 3rd and 4th transfers;
4–spring of a cracker of a clamp of the synchronizer;
5–primary shaft;
6–bearing (end of primary shaft);
7–gear wheel of the 3rd transfer;
8–ring of the synchronizer of the 3rd transfer;
9–synchronizer 3rd and 4th of transfers assembled;
10-lock ring;
11-ring of the synchronizer of the 4th transfer;
12-gear wheel of the 4th transfer;
13-bearing.

The bearing (from differential)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Using a press and the special adaptation, establish the new bearing.

Gear wheels of the 3rd transfer, ring of the synchronizer of the 3rd transfer and synchronizer 3rd and 4th of transfers

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Using a press, establish a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer, a ring of the synchronizer of the 3rd transfer and the synchronizer 3rd and 4th of transfers assembled.

Ring of the synchronizer of the 4th transfer, gear wheel of the 4th transfer and bearing

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Using a press both special A12 adaptations OK130 175 and ОК130 175 008, establish a ring of the synchronizer of the 4th transfer, a gear wheel of the 4th transfer and the new bearing.
2. Measure a gap between a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer and a gear wheel of the 2nd transfer.

Nominal gap: 0,05–0,20 mm

Maximum permissible gap: 0,25 mm

3. Measure a gap between a gear wheel of the 4th transfer and the bearing.

Nominal gap: 0,17–0,37 mm

Maximum permissible gap: 0,42 mm

4. If the measured gap does not correspond demanded, disassemble and repeatedly collect primary shaft.
