Installation

| 1. Lift the car in horizontal situation and fix it reliable support. | | 2. Establish a transmission in the sequence shown in drawing |
| 3. Fill in demanded amount of transmission oil of the specified type. | | 4. Warm up the engine and a transmission, check absence of leakage of oil and transmission work. | | 5. On a jack lift a transmission and establish it under the car. Slowly lifting and moving to the engine, establish a transmission into place. |
| 6. Fix a transmission on the engine.
Inhaling moment: 68–99 N • M | | 7. Slightly tighten bolts of a support of No. 4 engines. | |
Assembly arm of the engine
Prevention
At installation of an assembly arm of the engine insert carving hairpins of support No. 1 and No. 2 engines into adjusting openings.

| 1. Level in adjusting openings carving hairpins of support No. 1 and No. 2 engines and screw bolts and nuts, as is shown in drawing. Inhaling moment:
А: 38–51 N • m
В: 64–89 N • m | | 2. Tighten nuts of fastening of a support of No. 4 engines. Inhaling moment:
А: 67–93 N • m
В: 28–40 N • m | | 3. Remove AA0 adaptations ОК201 170 (an engine support). | |
Power shaft and intermediate shaft

| 1. Establish a spring lock ring so that the cut was combined with the top part of a flute. |
Prevention
Keen edges of a lock ring of a power shaft can cut or damage oil consolidation. Be careful at installation of a power shaft in a transmission.
| | 2. Grease an edge of oil consolidation with transmission oil and establish a power shaft. | |
| 3. Having pulled for a power shaft, check, that the shaft correctly rose into place. It should not be put forward. | | 4. Insert an intermediate shaft into a transmission. | |
| 5. Fix a support of an intermediate shaft on the cylinder block.
Inhaling moment: 43–61 N • m | 6. Connect the bottom lever to a rotary fist and tighten tightening a bolt.
Inhaling moment: 44–58 N • m | |
Earring of fastening of the stabilizer
