9.20. Remarks on transmission assembly

Oil consolidation of differential

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. By means of the special AA1 adaptation ОК201 170 and a hammer in easy blows evenly hammer new oil consolidation while the special adaptation will not contact with a transmission case.
2. Grease an edge of oil consolidation with transmission oil.

Ring of the bearing of differential

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish adjusting laying in a differential case.
2. Grease a bearing ring with transmission oil and by means of a pipe establish it in a differential case.

Diafragmenny spring

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Establish a diafragmenny spring, as is shown in drawing.

Ring of the bearing of a case of a transmission

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish adjusting laying in nests of bearings of primary and secondary shaft in a transmission case.
2. Grease each ring of the bearing with transmission oil and establish them in a transmission case by means of a pipe.

Oil consolidation of draft of management by gear shifting assembled

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. By means of a pipe establish new oil consolidation.
2. Grease an edge of oil consolidation with transmission oil.

External diameter of a pipe: 26,0 mm


Cover

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Establish a cover so that after installation the drain opening was directed on the car down.

Oil consolidation of primary shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Grease an external surface of oil consolidation with transmission oil and by means of a pipe establish it in a transmission case.

Preliminary tightness of the bearing

Check a preliminary tightness of bearings of shaft and differential. Make repeated adjustment of a preliminary tightness of bearings if it does not correspond to demanded values.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish primary shaft in collecting and differential in a coupling case.
2. Establish a case of a transmission and tighten till the demanded moment.

Inhaling moment: 38–51 N • m

3. Establish on differential the special A05 adaptation ОК130 171.

4. Establish on the special A05 adaptation ОК130 171 a dinamometrichesky key and measure a preliminary tightness.

Preliminary tightness: 1,4–1,9 N • m

5. Remove the special A05 adaptation ОК130 171.
6. Having turned transmission in the direction shown in drawing, establish the special AA0 adaptation ОК130 171 on primary shaft assembled.
7. Establish on the special AA0 adaptation ОК130 171 a dinamometrichesky key and measure a preliminary tightness.

Preliminary tightness: 0,1–0,2 N • m
8. Remove the special AA0 adaptation ОК130 171, a transmission case, primary shaft in collecting and differential.
9. Establish a secondary shaft in collecting and a case of transmission and tighten till the demanded moment.

Inhaling moment: 38–51 N • m

10. Establish the special AA0 adaptation ОК130 171 on a secondary shaft assembled.

11. Establish on the special AA0 adaptation ОК130 171 a dinamometrichesky key and measure a preliminary tightness.

Preliminary tightness: 0,2–0,4 N • m
