Repair


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before dismantling measure люфт between a semi-axial gear wheel and the satellite.
2. Dismantling carry out in the sequence designated by figures in drawing.
3. Check a condition of all details and, if necessary, replace them.
4. Removal of separate details is given below.
5. Assembly is carried out to sequences, return to removal.
6. Installation of separate details is given below.

Remarks on dismantling

Removal of bearings of differential

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Special A18 adaptations OK130 92 375 and ОК130 175 remove the bearing from an opposite conducted gear wheel.

Prevention

Do not remove the bearing if its replacement is not required.



Internal ring of the semi-axial bearing

Prevention

Be careful not to drop a differential box.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
The special AA0 adaptation ОК130 175 remove an internal ring of the semi-axial bearing.

The bearing from a conducted gear wheel

PERFORMANCE ORDER
The special AA0 adaptation ОК670 990 remove the bearing from a conducted gear wheel.

Check


PERFORMANCE ORDER
Check a condition of all details of differential and, if necessary, replace them.

Conducted gear wheel


PERFORMANCE ORDER
Examine a gear wreath of a conducted gear wheel on lack of wear and cracks.

If replacement of details was carried out, adjust a preliminary tightness of the bearing.

Bearing


PERFORMANCE ORDER
Check the bearing on absence of damages and smoothness of rotation. If the bearing acted in film, replace rings of bearings and adjust a preliminary tightness of the bearing.

Preliminary check

Lateral gap of a semi-axial gear wheel and satellite

Measure a lateral gap as follows.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the left and right power shafts in differential assembled.
2. Put power shafts on V-shaped support, as is shown in drawing.
3. By the indicator of hour type measure люфт.

Люфт: 0–0,1 mm

4. If люфт exceeds admissible limits, replace the damaged and worn-out details.

Remarks on assembly

The bearing from a conducted gear wheel

PERFORMANCE ORDER
The special A12 adaptation OK130 175 establish the new bearing from a conducted gear wheel.

The bearing from the opposite side from a conducted gear wheel

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a leading gear wheel of a speedometer.
2. The special A12 adaptation OK130 175 establish the new bearing from an opposite conducted gear wheel.

Cylindrical pin

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Establish a new cylindrical pin, as is shown in drawing to fix an axis of satellites.

Check люфта between a semi-axial gear wheel and the satellite

Measure люфт according to the following procedure:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the left and right power shafts in differential.
2. Establish power shafts in V-shaped blocks, as is shown in drawing.
3. By the indicator of hour type measure люфт.

Люфт: 0–0,1 mm

4. If люфт exceeds admissible limits, replace the damaged and worn-out details.
