2. Establish a secondary shaft in a coupling case. |
3. Establish an external ring of the bearing of a secondary shaft in a coupling case. |

4. Establish a transmission case on a case of coupling and tighten bolts the demanded moment. Inhaling moment: 37,28–51,99 N • m

5. Establish a measuring tip of the indicator of hour type in an end face of a secondary shaft and measure axial люфт a secondary shaft.

6. Choose laying as follows.

5. Tighten AA0 adaptations OK900 175 (bolts) the demanded moments of an inhaling.

Prevention
Tighten bolts so that AA0 adaptations OK900 175 could not move.

6. Establish steel prutka in openings And and In the selector and turn the selector for increase in a gap. |

7. Turn the selector in the opposite direction before gap elimination. |
|
8. Through a case of a transmission establish AA0/OK130 322 020 adaptations OK900 175 on the differential satellite. |
|
9. Turn the adaptation OK130 322 020 spring scales. Turning steel prutka the adaptation, achieve demanded preliminary loading.
Preliminary loading: 1,37–1,96 N • m
Indication of spring scales: 1,4–2,0 kg

10. Remove the adaptation OK130 322 020. |

11. Measure a gap in the AA0 adaptation OK900 175. |
12. Choose the adjusting laying which thickness is the closest to the greatest measured gap. Thickness of adjusting laying, mm – 0,1, 0,2, 0,25, 0,30, 0,35, 0,40, 0,45, 0,50, 0,55, 0,60, 0,65, 0,70, 0,75, 0,80, 0,85, 0,90

13. Remove AA0 adaptations OK900 175. |
|
14. Remove a transmission and AA0 adaptation OK900 175 case. |
15. Remove an external ring of the bearing from the AA0 adaptation OK900 175. |
|
16. Establish adjusting laying of the chosen thickness and an external ring of the bearing in a transmission case. |
|
|
|
