9.17. Choice of adjusting laying

GENERAL INFORMATION

Adjust a preliminary tightness of bearings and choose adjusting laying as follows.

Primary shaft


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish primary shaft in a coupling case.
2. Establish a transmission case on a case of coupling and tighten bolts the demanded moment.

Inhaling moment: 37,28–51,99 N • m

3. Establish a measuring tip of the indicator of hour type in an end face of primary shaft and measure axial люфт primary shaft.

Axial люфт: 0,05 mm

4. Choose the adjusting laying closest on thickness from the following row: 0,3, 0,4, 0,5 mm

Secondary shaft


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a funnel and an external ring of the bearing in a coupling case.
2. Establish a secondary shaft in a coupling case.
3. Establish an external ring of the bearing of a secondary shaft in a coupling case.
4. Establish a transmission case on a case of coupling and tighten bolts the demanded moment.

Inhaling moment: 37,28–51,99 N • m

5. Establish a measuring tip of the indicator of hour type in an end face of a secondary shaft and measure axial люфт a secondary shaft.

Axial люфт: 0,03–0,08 mm
6. Choose laying as follows.

а) Add 0,03 mm to measured люфту.
b) Add 0,08 mm to measured люфту.
с) Choose the thickest laying in a range between (a) and (b).

Example:
0,22 mm
0,22 + 0,03 = 0,25 mm
0,22 + 0,08 = 0,30 mm
Range: 0,25–0,30 mm
We choose: 0,30 mm
Thickness of adjusting laying, mm – 0,20, 0,25, 0,30, 0,35, 0,40, 0,45, 0,50, 0,70

Differential


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish an external ring of the bearing in a coupling case.
2. Establish differential in a coupling case.

Prevention

Turn And and B while the interval shown on the right in drawing, will not be eliminated.


3. Establish an external ring of the bearing on the special AA0 adaptation OK900 175.
4. Establish AA0 adaptations OK900 175 (rasporny plugs) in the places shown in drawing.
5. Tighten AA0 adaptations OK900 175 (bolts) the demanded moments of an inhaling.

Inhaling moment: 37,28–51,99 N • m

Prevention

Tighten bolts so that AA0 adaptations OK900 175 could not move.


6. Establish steel prutka in openings And and In the selector and turn the selector for increase in a gap.
7. Turn the selector in the opposite direction before gap elimination.
8. Through a case of a transmission establish AA0/OK130 322 020 adaptations OK900 175 on the differential satellite.

9. Turn the adaptation OK130 322 020 spring scales. Turning steel prutka the adaptation, achieve demanded preliminary loading.

Preliminary loading: 1,37–1,96 N • m

Indication of spring scales: 1,4–2,0 kg

10. Remove the adaptation OK130 322 020.
11. Measure a gap in the AA0 adaptation OK900 175.
12. Choose the adjusting laying which thickness is the closest to the greatest measured gap.

Thickness of adjusting laying, mm – 0,1, 0,2, 0,25, 0,30, 0,35, 0,40, 0,45, 0,50, 0,55, 0,60, 0,65, 0,70, 0,75, 0,80, 0,85, 0,90

13. Remove AA0 adaptations OK900 175.
14. Remove a transmission and AA0 adaptation OK900 175 case.
15. Remove an external ring of the bearing from the AA0 adaptation OK900 175.
16. Establish adjusting laying of the chosen thickness and an external ring of the bearing in a transmission case.
