9.18. Preliminary tightness of the bearing of differential

GENERAL INFORMATION

Measure preliminary loading as follows.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish differential in a transmission case.
2. Establish a transmission case on a coupling case.

Inhaling moment: 37,28–51,99 N • m

3. Through a case of a transmission establish the AA0 adaptation OK900 175 on a semi-axial gear wheel of differential.
4. Check a preliminary tightness of the bearing.

Preliminary tightness: 1,37–1,96 N • m
Indication of spring scales: 1,4–2,0 kg
5. If the preliminary tightness differs from demanded, modify a preliminary tightness of the bearing.
6. Remove the AA0 adaptation OK900 175.
7. Remove a case of a transmission and differential.
