9.9. Replacement of oil consolidation of differential on the car

GENERAL INFORMATION

Lift the car a jack and fix it on safety supports. Merge transmission oil.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a forward wheel.
2. Remove a mudguard.
3. Disconnect the forward stabilizer of cross-section stability from the bottom lever.
Prevention Do not allow damage of dustproof covers.
4. Turn out a coupling bolt and wring out down the bottom lever. Disconnect a rotary fist from the spherical hinge of the bottom lever.
5. Remove шплинт fixings of a nut of fastening of a tip of steering draft.
Prevention Keen edges of a stripper can cut a dustproof cover of a tip of steering draft. Establish a stripper so that keen edges were between a dustproof cover and a rotary fist.
	6. Unscrew a nut that it became aflush from the end of a spherical finger. By means of a stripper squeeze out a tip of steering draft from a rotary fist.
7. Turn out nuts and disconnect the left and right tips of steering drafts from rotary fists.
Prevention At removal of a power shaft do not subject to blows the hinge of equal angular speeds.
	8. Insert mount between the internal CV JOINT of a power shaft and a transmission and easy blow on mount take a power shaft from a transmission.
9. For an exception of free sagging by a soft wire tie up a power shaft to a body.
	10. By means of a screw-driver remove oil consolidation.
Prevention Hammer the adjusting adaptation in easy blows while it will not contact with a case. Grease an edge of oil consolidation with transmission oil.
	11. By means of the special AA1 adaptation ОК201 170 in easy blows hammer new oil consolidation into a transmission case.
12. Replace a spring lock ring on the end of a power shaft with the new. Insert a power shaft so that the cut of a spring ring was directed up.
