| 1. By a micrometer measure an axial gap of a gear wheel of the 5th transfer. Gap: 0,10–0,22 mm Maximum permissible gap: 0,27 mm | 2. If the gap exceeds maximum permissible, check contact surfaces of a gear wheel of the 5th transfer and a coupling nave. Replace the worn-out or damaged details. |

| 1. Establish a transmission at the stand OK130 990 007 with OK130175011A adapter. | 2. The adaptation OK201 323 021 block primary shaft of a transmission. |
3. At the same time include gear wheels of the 1st and 2nd transfer in order that primary shaft of a transmission was not turned. |
4. Unbend fillets of the plates fixing nuts. | | 5. Unscrew lock nuts from primary and secondary shaft. | |
Removal of a fork of switching and draft of switching assembled
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Combine the ends of the blocking coupling and a control lever (on an arrow). Turn draft of switching counter-clockwise. | | 2. One hand take a fork of switching of the 1st and 2nd transfers, and another – a fork of switching of the 3rd and 4th transfers, at the same time lift both forks and shift each of holders of a nave of the coupling. | 3. Lift a tip of draft of management and remove a steel ball, thus at the same time remove draft of management from a coupling case. |
4. Separate draft of switching and a switching fork assembled from each of holders of a nave of the coupling. | |
